Case Studies

Designing the Design Org: This is a case study of how I made customer contact a frictionless experience. This one change transformed the way our company approached research.

Principles can be a guiding light when you don’t have all the answers. They can be used to inform design decisions and keep the team focused on what matters most.

The foundation of our software was outdated and needed a complete overhaul. Let me share with you how turned our biggest critic into a supporter while creating a new solution.

A major finding of a usability study was that the loading speeds were negatively impacting the experience of users. In order to drive change in an organization that just didn’t care, I had to prove my case.

I have built hundreds of prototypes over the years. Here is a sampling. The prototypes shown are in all stages of the design process (low/high fidelity, brainstorming and final solutions).

After designing a feature, I recorded this video walkthrough to introduce the project to our off shore developers.

Here are a few cases where our desktop experience would not work well on a small screen, so we created some custom solutions.
